Riverside State Park
Fisk Access Improvements

The Riverside State Park improvements project was designed to meet the growing need for outdoor recreational activities in the Spokane Area. Improvements included roadway improvements, pedestrian access upgrades, and parking area expansions.

Eastern Washington University:
Interdisciplinary Science Center

Eastern Washington Interdisciplinary Science Center (EWU ISC) was ground up construction of a new 102,700 sqft. two story building with new utility stubs, steam line tunnel rerouting and site improvements. This building provides updated amenities for students in STEM programs along with general education courses.

VA Hospital Medical Center

Work included demolition of the old boilers, construction of a new boiler plant (ex: new boilers, pumps, controls, & tanks), underground utilities and a government parking lot on the west side of campus. Project was completed at the end of 2018.

Mead School District:
Market Street Complex

Major earthwork and utilities package for the Elementary and Maintenance & Transportation sites in Mead, WA. Scope of work included site demolition, building excavation, underground utilities, adjacent road improvements. Overall project duration 1.5 years with over 40 acres of extensive infrastructure construction.

Maple and Wellesley Intersection

City of Spokane

As the general contractor, the project consisted of demolition of the existing asphalt intersection, traffic signal modifications, utility adjustments, heavy duty concrete paving, and a new concrete traffic island. A full road closure wasn't allowed due to heavy daily traffic on the featured arterials, so work occurred in multiple phases.

Huntwood Cabinets

This project was completed for Huntwood Cabinets located in Liberty Lake, WA. Improvements to the 11 acres unoccupied piece of their property took place to enable construction of a 130,000 SF building addition to their manufacturing warehouse.

Joe Albi Stadium Demolition

Corridor helped complete the overall infill of the void created following the demolition of Spokane's most historic sport stadium venues. This project was a major undertaking while simultaneously construction the adjacent middle school.

Pauline Flett Middle School

Recently completed middle school project consisting of a 140,000 SF building, sports fields, parking lots, underground utilities, and city street improvements. Mass grading and overall site improvements to over 60 acres total, located in NW Spokane.

Ridgeline Highschool

Construction of a new high school located near Liberty Lake, WA. Major improvements to the 68 acre parcel occurred over a 2 year period and included mass grading, new building excavation, sports fields, parking lots, and access roads onto campus.

Glover Middle School

Demolition and construction of a new 175,000 SF middle school. New improvements over the 17 acre lot included mass grading, sports field improvements, underground utilities, & campus parking lot additions. All construction took place while campus was occupied by teachers, staff, & students.

Gonzaga Haven Apartments

New construction a 74-unit mixed-use, multi-family complex consisting of three apartment buildings. Scope included demolition of existing structures, abatement, utility relocations, new utility infrastructure on a congested site near downtown Spokane.

As the general contractor, Corridor reconstructed one of the major arterials in the heart of Spokane Valley, WA. Major improvements to underground utilities (specifically storm water), concrete intersection paving, and pedestrian access routes.
