Spokane Airport Parking Lot Expansion
Located at the Spokane International Airport. Our crews are constructing a new expansion parking lot adding over 440 additional parking spaces this fall.
Spokane International Airport - Concourse C TREX
As part of the Spokane Airport expansion plan, this concourse C addition scope of work includes demolition, bldg. excavation, underground utilities, and major site improvements. Construction is expected to occur through 2025 as part of the major airport improvement project.
City of Spokane - Wellesley Ave Phase 2 Haven St to Market St
In conjunction with the North South Corridor construction in north Spokane, this city project includes demolition and replacement of the underground utilities, roadway intersections, traffic signals, and pedestrian access routes. Construction is expected to start spring of 2023 and complete in the fall.
District on the River Apartments
Located beneath the Hamilton Bridge and close to the Spokane River, this project consists of new underground utilities, four new buildings, courtyards, and parking lots. Construction is expected to be completed in 2024.
Spokane Falls Community College - Fine Arts Building
Construction for this project is expected to be complete in summer of 2023. Scope of work includes site demolition, underground utilities, building excavation, new parking lots and site improvements.
Magnesium Apartments
Initial site clearing begun this winter for this project site located in north Spokane. Corridor will perform the mass grading, underground utilities, building excavation, parking lot fine grading, and other site improvements. Construction is anticipated to be completed in 2024.
Sawtooth Apartments
These new apartment projects are located in Post Falls, ID. Our scope of work includes underground utilities, site and building excavation, and new parking lot areas. Construction is expected to be complete in 2023.
Sacajawea Middle School
Located on the south hill in Spokane, this project consists of demolition of the existing school, mass grading, adjacent road improvements, underground utilities, building excavation, major site improvements, and new parking lots. Construction is expected to finish in the summer of 2023.
Peperzak Middle School
Located on the south hill in Spokane, this project consists of site demolition, mass grading, adjacent road improvements, underground utilities, building excavation, major site improvements, and new parking lots. Construction is expected to finish in the fall of 2023.
